[Essence] The Incredible

Unfortunately, neither Chanel nor Dior spring collections have yet arrived at Alsterhaus department store. I checked yesterday, and on my way back home, while I was waiting for the metro, my purse (money pouch) was stolen. Never thought this would happen to me because I am so very careful and always on alert, but those guys specialise in the moment when people get onto the train – so even if you recognise that they got your stuff, you won’t be able to catch them since they are still on the platform, while you are on the moving train. A similar thing happened to me almost two years ago, when I heard someone fumbling at the zip of my bag. This time, I took a seat on the train – and saw that my bag was half opened. Nevertheless I kept cool and called my bank first, then went to the police, then to the public transport office (since my ticket had been stolen too) – and finally tried to collect a parcel from the post office, which was really tricky without any ID.

So, let’s call it a day! But this comes first: As for this post, I picked The Incredible because my daughter chose this as her birthday polish last Saturday, which was also Open Day at her school, and she took part in an amazing chemistry performance. Thus, she is indeed incredible. The nail polish, however, is a teal shade with a liquid sand finish.

  1. Sorry you had such a bad day. I could not imagine what it would be like. I’ve never been on a train, or even a bus for that matter, you must have been scared. I hope your day is better now. The polish is pretty, and I bet your daughter is amazing and incredible, she has a good mom.

    • Thank you so much Judi! What scares me most is that they have my full address and further data from my ID card. I am still at my mother’s house and hope our flat at home will be fine when we come home later this evening.
