[Essie] Wedding Collection 2011
Actually, I don’t freak out when it comes to wedding nail polish collections (or the wedding theme in general) – first of all, I’m divorced and secondly, most wedding collections come up with those pastel, nude-ish colours, which I’m ususally not fond of. Surprisingly, I nonetheless fell for this year’s wedding collection by Essie.
L/r: Borrowed & Blue, Better Together, Made to Honor, First Dance.

Borrowed & Blue blew my boyfried away.
He was right, the pastel baby blue goes well with my tanned skin. Stunning. Three coats. Pastels, in my view, can be tricky to apply, and there were still some bald patches.

Better Together is a sheer baby pink. One coat.

Made to Honor, the same formula as Better Together, but this is a sheer nude. One coat.

Three coats.

First Dance, an awesome signature red, which comes close to Chanel Fire, at least in the bottle. I used this for some bottle comparisons and am going to post those at a later point of time.

My personal nail polish database; this is just a small blog. If you wish a particular shade to be swatched, let me know. You may use my pictures for noncommercial purposes but please give full credit, including a link to my blog. Thanks!

Borrowed & Blue really kills me
